Information we may collect
- Account information you provide when creating or using an account, such as an email address and authentication-related information.
- App activity and progress, including game selections, practice activity, lesson progress, strategy interactions, preferences, and similar in-app activity needed to provide HoldWise features.
- Purchase and entitlement information needed to determine whether HoldWise Premium is active. Payments are processed by Google Play or the applicable app store; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical information such as device/app version, crash or diagnostic information, and basic security or performance data when provided by platform services.
- AI coaching input you choose to submit when using AI-powered coaching features, together with relevant game or strategy context needed to generate a response.
How we use information
We use information to operate HoldWise, provide gameplay, practice and learning features, deliver AI coaching, save progress and preferences, verify Premium access, restore purchases, improve stability and security, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
AI-powered features
When you use AI coaching, the text and game context you submit may be sent to service providers that help generate the requested response. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information in AI coaching prompts.
Purchases
HoldWise may offer subscriptions or one-time Premium purchases through Google Play or another platform store. The store processes payment information under its own privacy terms. HoldWise receives purchase status and related identifiers needed to unlock, restore, and manage Premium access.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, analytics/diagnostics, AI functionality, and app-store billing, only as needed to provide and secure the App. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. HoldWise includes account/data deletion functionality where applicable. You may also contact us through the website below to request assistance with deletion.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children
HoldWise is not designed to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
Card-game and gambling clarification
HoldWise is designed for card-game learning, practice, strategy, and entertainment. It does not provide real-money wagering or cash-prize gambling.
